If there is a high volume of orders during Christmas, New Year's holidays, Black Friday, or other sales or events, it may take a few days longer than the above guideline for shipping.

 

*Reservation items may not arrive on the release date depending on delivery status from the manufacturer, traffic conditions, delivery address, etc.
*For convenience store prepayment, we will move to shipping arrangements after payment.
*For credit card payments, it may take a few days longer than the above schedule to ship due to credit verification and usage confirmation from the customer.
*The number of days from shipment to delivery may change depending on the delivery area, traffic conditions, natural disasters, etc.
*Okinawa Prefecture and some remote islands may take several days more than the above.
*Please note that due to the increase in orders during the Christmas period, we may temporarily stop specifying the date and time.

 

Regarding delivery

All products will be delivered by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., except for items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Products shipped directly from the manufacturer will be delivered by the delivery company contracted by each manufacturer.
In some housing complexes, etc., packages may be delivered using delivery boxes installed.
If you order multiple items, the shipment may be divided into multiple shipments.
*Even if the delivery is divided into multiple parts, no additional delivery fee will be charged.

If delivered by Yamato Transport, the storage period is one week from the first delivery.
If the storage period is exceeded, the item will be treated as a returned item and will not be re-shipped.
*If the product cannot be delivered due to long-term absence, unknown address, unknown address, etc., it will be treated as a return. We do not contact you individually, so please contact the delivery company based on the delivery number.

 

About changing delivery address information

It is not possible to change the shipping address after the order has been completed. Please cancel the order and place a new order if it is not ready for shipment.

From June 1, 2023 (Thursday), if you are forwarding your package to an address other than the address listed on the Yamato Transport package invoice due to an incorrect delivery address, long-term absence, relocation, etc. You will be responsible for the shipping cost (cash on delivery).
*The shipping charges you will be responsible for will be based on the Yamato Transport regulations.

When placing your order, please make sure that the delivery address is correct. In addition, in the case of a gift, please confirm with the recipient to ensure that the gift can be received.
*We do not accept changes to the delivery address or delivery date/time after the order is confirmed.
*Even if the package is for a gift, the customer receiving the package will be responsible for paying the shipping fee.
*We cannot guarantee additional shipping costs due to changes in the delivery address or mistakes.

About date and time specification

You can specify a delivery date between 4 and 7 days.
If you want the shortest delivery, please order without specifying the date and time.
*Date and time designation may be given priority during busy periods.

 

For shipping charges

Shipping is free for purchases of 3,980 yen (tax included) or more per order. (Excluding some areas for large unaccompanied items and items shipped directly from the manufacturer)
Even if the product is less than 3,980 yen (tax included), if the product name states "Free shipping", shipping will be free.
All items except for the above two conditions and large unaccompanied items will be priced at 600 yen (tax included).
For products that are marked as "large unaccompanied items" on the product page, a 6,000 yen shipping fee will be charged for each large unaccompanied item, regardless of the product price.

 

Regarding notification of shipping completion

After the product has been shipped, we will send you a "shipment notification" email, so please set your settings so that you can receive the domain [@mail.toysrusonline.co.jp].
*It has been confirmed that emails from our company are sorted into spam folders on some domains such as Gmail, so please check your spam folders and spam settings.
Also, please note that there may be a time lag between the shipment of the product and the delivery of the e-mail due to system reasons. You can also check
the shipping status from the order history of My Account or the order history of guest orders.

About delivery to remote areas/remote islands

Regular items, items not subject to a specified delivery date and time, and reserved items can be delivered at the normal shipping fee. (*Large unaccompanied items will incur a separate shipping fee.)
Depending on the item, it may be shipped by surface mail.
Some products, such as products shipped directly from the manufacturer or large items shipped separately, may not be able to be delivered to remote areas or islands.
Also, please note that we may not be able to deliver pre-order items on the release date.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if a customer who lives in a remote area or island orders an item shipped directly from the manufacturer or a large item shipped separately, the order may be canceled after the order is confirmed.

About delivery to Okinawa Prefecture

As a general rule, shipments to Okinawa Prefecture will be made by surface mail, and we cannot specify the date and time.
If you only order diapers, wipes, baby food, and milk, it will be shipped by airmail, so you can specify the date and time.
Items shipped directly from the manufacturer or large items shipped separately may not be able to be delivered or may not be delivered in time for the specified date and time.
Also, please note that pre-order items will be delivered after the release date.
*For orders for large unaccompanied items where the payment method is cash on delivery, we will only cancel orders for deliveries within Okinawa Prefecture due to the regulations of the delivery company. Please note.

 

About packaging  

The product will be packed and delivered in plain cardboard. For some products, we may package them with air packing, directly package them, attach slips to the cosmetic boxes, tie multiple packages with bands, and ship them together.
If you order multiple products, the packaging or shipping may be divided into multiple parts.

 

About pick-up service

Store pick-up service

You can order and pay from the online store and receive the product at the Toys "R" Us / Babies "R" Us store without going through the cash register. There are no shipping or handling charges for the store pick-up service.

1. Select the store pick-up service on the ordering screen, specify the store you wish to pick up from, and then place your order.
2. As soon as the product is ready to be handed over, we will notify you by email that it is possible to receive it.
If your My Account or guest order history shows "Status: Preparing" or "Store Pickup Status: Available for Pickup", we have sent you an email, so please check it.
(*Please note that even if you visit the store before the email is sent, you will not be able to pick it up. Contact may be delayed due to store holidays, etc.) 3. Order completion email/product preparation notification email and notification

* The receipt period is 10 days from the delivery of the confirmation email. If the pick-up period has passed, it will be canceled without prior notice to the customer.

*Products may not be available due to availability of the specified store. (If the product cannot be prepared, an order cancellation email will be sent.)
*The wrapping service cannot be used when picking up the product at the store.
